Sauna & Cold Plunge
Downstairs from the treatment rooms, the open-air thermal courtyard gathers around a fire and water fountain: a cedar sauna, an infrared sauna, cold-water plunges as low as 38°F, and loungers under the palms. Move through a thermal circuit at your own pace, rest by the fire between rounds, and come upstairs for your treatment already halfway to calm.

Handcrafted cedar and hot stones. A timeless heat that loosens muscles, opens circulation, and leaves a calm that lingers.

A gentler warmth that works from within, easing deep tension and settling the nervous system. Set outdoors under the palms.

Chilled fresh water that wakes every sense. Short, bracing, and strangely addictive once you feel the rush that follows.
Pairing with your treatment
Heat, cold, then hands
- Before a massage
- Two or three rounds of heat and cold, then straight to the table. Warm muscles release faster and the massage goes deeper.
- Before a facial
- Contrast first to bring circulation and color to the skin, then your facial. Always in that order.
- After a peel or dermaplaning
- Skip the heat for a day or two. Freshly resurfaced skin and a 190°F sauna do not mix. Your esthetician will tell you when you are clear.

Book a complimentary 30-minute guided session. A team member walks you through your first rounds with coaching on breathing, timing, and recovery. Bring a towel, or rent one for $5.

Visiting the island?
Unlimited courtyard access for the length of your stay, day or night. After-hours entry uses a $50 keycard, with $25 back when you return it.
Elements is entered through a gate on the first floor. Members purchase a key card to open the gate and access Elements when it is available.
