Getting here
Walk up to 53 King Street in downtown Christiansted. For appointments, use the entrance on the side of the building and take the stairs to the second floor, where the main reception desk is. Greet the staff there to check in. There is no elevator. If stairs are a concern, please call or text us at (340) 208-9300 before you book.
Getting to Elements (Sauna & Cold Plunge)
Elements is in the first-floor courtyard of the same building. Walk through the main entrance area on the ground level and look for the black gate. Pass through the black gate into the open-air courtyard where the saunas and cold plunges are. Elements can be accessed during available hours. Members who have purchased a key card can also use it to open the gate and access Elements after hours.
Parking
Parking in the Strand Street Government Parking Lot on King Cross Street requires a fee ($2 for the first hour and $2 for each hour after, up to $10 a day). The 2-hour Fort Christiansvaern lot and local street parking are free if you avoid the painted curbs.

- When should I arrive?
- Please arrive 10 minutes early so you can settle in. Late arrivals may need a shortened treatment so the next guest is not kept waiting.
- Where do I check in?
- Use the stairs on the side of the building to reach the main entrance, then check in with our Wellness Coordinators at the front desk.
- Is there an elevator?
- No. Our treatment rooms are up a flight of stairs. Please call or text (340) 208-9300 before booking if stairs are a concern.

For Elements (Sauna & Cold Plunge), first floor
- Elements is in the first-floor courtyard of the same building.
- Walk through the main entrance area on the ground level and look for the black gate.
- Pass through the black gate into the open-air courtyard where the saunas and cold plunges are.
- What should I wear?
- Whatever is comfortable. For massage you will undress to your comfort level and stay covered by linens throughout.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- We take facial walk-ins only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays when slots are available. To guarantee your time, book online or call or text the front desk at (340) 208-9300.
- Can I book by phone?
- Of course. Call or text the front desk at (340) 208-9300 and we will find the right time and treatment for you.
- What is the cancellation policy for spa appointments?
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid forfeiting the cost of your session. Rescheduling is not available on the day of your facial or massage appointment. Facial Club members, see the membership policies on the Facial Club page.
- Do you offer gift cards?
- Yes. Gift cards are valid for spa services and classes at Island Movement.
